★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem 2 aptos na primeira torre no terceiro andar, um coitado do cachorrinho fica fora na área latindo noite e dia. E na segunda torre, no primeiro andar a mesma situação. E ninguém toma providências com esses vizinhos sem noção e sem amor aos bichinhos. Vou acionar ONG PROTEÇÃO AOS ANIMAIS.
 It has 2 apartments in the first tower on the third floor, a poor puppy is outside in the area barking night and day. And in the second tower, on the first floor the same situation. And nobody takes action with these clueless neighbors and without love for the pets. I will activate NGO PROTECTION TO ANIMALS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plena pandemia, a pior fase que já vivemos até agora e as áreas comuns estão liberadas. Pessoas nas churrasqueiras até altas horas, quase 2h da manhã e eles lá gritando. Não sei o que acontece por lá, moro no condomínio ao lado, mas parece ser um lugar sem dono e sem administração. Ninguém para fazer cumprir regras.
Se alguém tiver o telefone da portaria e puder me passar, pq é inacreditável que não façam nada.
Full pandemic, the worst phase we have been through so far and the common areas are cleared. People at the barbecue grills until the early hours, almost 2 am and they were screaming. I don't know what happens there, I live in the condo next door, but it seems to be a place without owner and without administration. No one to enforce rules.
If someone has the concierge phone and can pass it to me, it's unbelievable that they don't do anything.
