Desde o primeiro contato fui bem atendida e todas as dúvidas que eu tinha prontamente eram respondidas por Soraia. Deixei uma pessoa de minha confiança para despachar a mudança e fui antes para o destino em outro estado eles chegaram super rápido no prazo prometido. Estou postando agora em Fevereiro mas me mudei em Dezembro devido a correria do dia a dia com uma bebê acabou não dando tempo de postar antes no entanto eu não queria deixar de dizer a minha experiência que foi ótima e assim como o Google me ajudou poderá ajudar outras pessoas também nossa experiência com a empresa.Eu recomendo e com certeza em outra oportunidade irei procurar a Conquista para uma nova mudança .
Serious company fulfills what promises professionals are qualified. I couldn't get an indication so I googled it and found the achievement changes. From the first contact I was well attended and all the questions I had were promptly answered by Soraia. I left a person I trust to dispatch the change and I went before the destination in another state they arrived super fast within the promised time. I'm posting now in February but I moved in December due to the day to day rush with a baby I ended up not having time to post before, however I didn't want to stop saying my experience was great and as Google helped me it can help other people also our experience with the company. I recommend it and for sure in another opportunity I will look for Conquista for a new change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidi contratar a empresa pelos excelentes comentários aqui e por todo profissionalismo, cordialidade e paciência demonstrados pela Soraya desde o primeiro atendimento.
A equipe que foi em casa embalar as coisas, educados, extremamente cuidadosos e prestativos. Dava gosto de ver o tanto que eles foram organizados e resolutos em tudo.
A entrega (na outra ponta do Brasil) foi feita no finalzinho do prazo, confesso que esperava que fosse antes, mas por ter contratado a mudança compartilhada, minhas coisas ficaram guardadas durante alguns dias no depósito da empresa até que todas as outras mudanças fossem coletadas, para então seguir estrada. Mas mesmo assim, cumpriram o prazo final combinado conforme contrato.
Minhas coisas chegaram inteiras, em perfeito estado (exceto por um pote de vidro e um porta retrato) mas são coisas mínimas. Eu estava muito preocupada principalmente com os itens maiores (tv, geladeira, máquina de lavar...), mas foi tudo tão bem embalado que chegaram intactos, inclusive a tv que além da embalagem que fizeram lá em casa, ainda colocaram em uma outra caixa própria de tv depois.
O único contratempo foi na entrega que é feita por uma empresa terceirizada (devido ser em outro estado) e além de chegarem bem no horário de almoço que normalmente os condomínios não permitem, o motorista veio sozinho, disse que não conseguiu nenhum ajudante nas proximidades. Mas no fim ele concluiu a entrega e resolveu conforme se propôs.
Somando tudo, fiquei muito satisfeita com a contratação, minha mudança foi mais tranquila do que eu temia.

I decided to hire the company for the excellent comments here and for all the professionalism, cordiality and patience shown by Soraya since the first service.
The staff that went home to pack things, polite, extremely careful and helpful. It was nice to see how organized and resolute they were in everything.
The delivery (at the other end of Brazil) was made at the very end of the deadline, I confess I expected it to be earlier, but because I hired the shared move, my things were kept for a few days in the company's warehouse until all the other changes were collected , and then follow the road. But even so, they met the deadline agreed according to the contract.
My things arrived whole, in perfect condition (except for a glass jar and a picture frame) but they are minimal things. I was very worried, especially with the bigger items (tv, fridge, washing machine...), but everything was packed so well that they arrived intact, including the tv that in addition to the packaging they made at home, they still put it in another own tv box afterwards.
The only mishap was in the delivery, which is made by an outsourced company (due to being in another state) and in addition to arriving well at lunch time, which condominiums normally do not allow, the driver came alone, saying that he could not find any helper nearby. But in the end he completed the delivery and resolved as he proposed.
All in all, I was very satisfied with the hiring, my move was smoother than I feared.
