★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo falar com o telefone para tirar uma dúvida. Pelo whatsapp, que logo de cara informa que só atende até as 17, mas ninguém responde.... péssimo serviço! Depois dessa reformulação, o site ficou horrivel!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia! RRT está cadastrada, paga mas não consigo visualizar para imprimir. Como no site diz que abre as 9:00 fui até o CAU-RJ, local até perigoso na área até chegar no prédio, e ao chegar a senhora na portaria disse que está fechado desde o inicio da Pandemia. Como fazer???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 4 dias tentando fazer uma RRT e quando chega na "declaração de tempestividade", após preencher todos os campos o sistema não avança, como se os campos não tivessem sido preenchidos. Alguém com o mesmo problema? Busquei ajuda por telefone no CAU mas quando seleciono "falar com um atendente" a ligação cai!! Tenho urgência em entregar a RRT ao cliente!!
I am 4 days trying to make an RRT and when it arrives in the "declaration of timeliness", after filling all the fields the system does not advance, as if the fields had not been filled. someone with the same problem? I sought help by phone at CAU but when I select "speak to an attendant" the call goes down !! I have urgency to deliver the RRT to the customer !!
