★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As poucas avaliações positivas a esse péssimo órgão que só serve para extorquir, com certeza são de pessoas ligadas a essa gestão ridícula. Procurei atendimento através do Whatsapp, que por sinal é o único meio de atendimento já que nem sede pra atendimento presencial eles tem mais, e desde 11:48 que estou aguardando atendimento até agora.
Engraçado que o sistema para pagar a anuidade funciona direitinho ou se você solicitar atendimento virtual para resolver questões de pagamento, em um instante você é atendido! Agora para resolver qualquer coisa que não envolva pagamento é isso aí, total descaso com quem banca esse lixo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem telefone, não atendem o celular, não respondem nem e-mail tampouco WhatsApp. Péssimo, principalmente para os profissionais do interior que não tem como se deslocar sempre que precisam de um atendimento
They don't have a phone, they don't answer their cell phones, they don't even respond to emails or WhatsApp. Terrible, especially for professionals from the countryside who cannot move whenever they need assistance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais de um ano tento contato com o CREF e não obtenho retorno, só me mandam aguardar e esse "aguardar" já dura mais de um ano! Isso é um descaso para nós profissional de Educação Física, uma vez que há a existência de termos o reconhecimento através da carteirinha do CREF, logo deveria ser um atendimento ativo e imediato!
I've been trying to contact CREF for over a year and I don't get a response, they just tell me to wait and this "wait" has lasted more than a year! This is a neglect for us Physical Education professionals, since there is the existence of having recognition through the CREF card, so it should be an active and immediate service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem atendimento presencial muito menos por telefone ou whatsapp. Sem nenhum suporte aos profissionais credenciados ou aos que necessitam resolver pendências ao mudar de Estado e fazer a transferência do registro. Uma vergonha estarem presentes apenas em forma de boletos para cobrança de anuidade!
There is no face-to-face service, much less by phone or whatsapp. No support for accredited professionals or for those who need to resolve pending issues when moving to another state and transferring the registration. A shame they are only present in the form of bills for annuity collection!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, uma total falta de respeito com a categoria. Já tentei de várias maneiras entrar em contato, no entanto sem nenhum resposta. Eles não respeitam nem o confef: órgão que são subordinados, pois a autarquia mandou um e-mail de reclamação, até o presente momento não deram nenhum retorno. Um vergonha se representado por um órgão desse.
Horrible, a total lack of respect for the category. I've tried several ways to get in touch, but no response. They don't even respect the confef: an agency that is subordinate, because the autarchy sent a complaint e-mail, so far they haven't given any response. A shame if represented by such an organ.

Amo a profissão que tenho formação acadêmica mas, se soubesse desse despreparo em atender os profissionais que querem se filiar ao conselho não por opção e sim por obrigação teria opitado em outra área ,pois sem essa credencial não podemos trabalhar sem que esse mesmo conselho nos impeça .
Vamos ter mais respeito com o Educador físico precisamos trabalhar Se CREF13Ba.
It simply wasn't Cref13Ba, it doesn't meet, the documentation analysis deadline only happens in this council 60 days?
I love the profession that I have an academic background, but if I had known about this lack of preparation in serving professionals who want to join the council not by choice but by obligation, I would have chosen in another area, because without this credential we cannot work without this same council preventing us .
Let's have more respect with the Physical Educator we need to work If CREF13Ba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse a opção de negativar estrela seria o ideal. não existe atendimento por email, celular, telefone fixo e muito menos whatsapp. serviço de péssima qualidade. Horrível. não podemos esquecer disso nas próximas eleições. pode contar comigo oposição, seja quem for. os serviços que quero solicitar: Validar minha cédula que venceu agora inicio do ano, e o outro é a anuidade de 2021 que me passei e queria negociar, mas, impossível falar com eles.
If you had the option to downgrade it would be ideal. there is no service by email, cell phone, landline and much less whatsapp. poor quality service.
