★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma total falta de respeito, entrei em contato, liguei ninguém atende, mandei e-mail ninguém responde, me deram a documentação pra fazer a Transferência do CREF, pelo WHATSAPP DO CREF 5, mandei todas as documentações preenchidas, já tá com semanas que não obtive nenhuma reposta, UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel o atendimento, atendimento da pior qualidade, isso jamais visto em uma instituição que pra mim até então um dia defendir como uma instituição de cunho profissional, muito importante a instituição rever seus comadados, eu conheço outras instituições do CREF, somente o CREF5 é super mal falado, defendir com unhas e dentes, mais é notório a falta de profissionalismo por parte de alguns.
Vou contar fato concreto, consumado e não sou de balela, fato esse que tou passando, sou conhecedor de causa téorico e prático, moro em Icapuí-ce a 230Km de Fortaleza, graduado em ED, fui a até a sede pra me registrar, fui orientado e deixei as papeladas, me disseram com uns 7 dias era analisado e me dava um retorno, até entao nunca retornaram, ai liguei e perguntei o que foi, me responderam que eu nao tinha pagado o boleto, mais a propria instituição disse que eu so podia pagar depois de analisado e eu esperei, ai na ligação pediram pra mim pagar e foi e paguei, mandei os comprovantes pro email indicado e me garantiram uma resposta rápida, pra minha supresa não me respondem mais e não retornam mais minhas ligações, meu email e nem o whatsApp, tenho aqui as conversas, pois no inicio até o pagamento do boleto me respondia, depois que fiz o pagamento não me responde mais, como se isso fosse um favor.
Só um conselho de uma pessoa que defendeu e tem maior respeito pelo CREF5, reveja a maneira de como trata um profissional, atualização é progressivo, e estão precisando, posso garantir que tentei entrar em contato inúmeras vezes por Telefone e redes sociais e nada de retorno, posso garantir que sou graduado, se não quiser que eu e muitos que ja relataram alguns problemas, devolva o dinheiro que vou procurar os tramites legais e constituncionais, ou até mesmo se for o caso outra instituição.
Desde de já agradeço a atenção e compreessão e tenha todos um bom dia!

Only one advice from a person who has defended and has more respect for the CREF5, review the way in which a professional treats, update is progressive, and are in need, I can guarantee that I have tried to contact countless times by Phone and social networks and no return , I can guarantee that I am a graduate, if you do not want me and many who have already reported some problems, give me back the money that I will look for legal and constitutional procedures, or even if applicable another institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamais pensei que uma instituição poderia tratar tão mal um profissional registrado nela própria, muito intratante, não acredito que a instituição não saiba dos absurdo que somos tratados, gostaria de da 5 estrelas, pois já fui defensor ferrenho do CREF5, mais infelizmente hj não vejo a instituição na qual sou credenciado, pelo menos paguei a anuidade e depois que paguei não tenho retorno, é assim a maneira que se trata um profissional!

Diz que vai passar para a advogada conselho a DRA. PATRÍCIA (não quis informar o sobrenome) e desliga a ligação. Quando retorna a ligação o telefone encontra-se desligado. Falta de respeito, uma vergonha!

Vi que já tem algumas reclamações sobre isso. Encontrei dois números de celulares que também não funcionam , mandei mensagens de WhatsApp, e-mail pra duas pessoas, sinal de fumaça e nada.
