Every time I call the employees are rude, and they treat you badly, they don't like to give full information and are mocking when we don't know something.

Over uninterrupted years of work, (+22) we were always welcomed and guided. We never noticed arrogance on the part of the attendants. Maybe it's mirror reflections. :)
