★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora demais, tempo perdido 12 dias o aparelho em análise pra nada e ainda ter que esperar 1 dia pra fechar o celular pra devolver do mesmo jeito ou pior, pior atendimento, muita demora, nesse tempo a pessoa compra outro aparelho e o outro ainda está em análise, sabem nem o problema do aparelho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quebraram a tela do meu iPhone 6s na troca de bateria e voltei com uma tela genérica. Já o 8 Plus, depois de estragarem a camera, placa e botão home, pediram pra eu levar pra ajeitarem e me deram uma ordem de serviço pra assinar e eu assinei sem ver que era um termo de responsabilidade onde o cliente assume o prejuízo de qualquer dano que eles causarem no seu aparelho. Hoje o celular nem liga e eu tive que acionar o procon e o juizado de pequenas causas.
My iPhone 6s screen broke in the battery change and I came back with a generic screen. On the other hand, the 8 Plus, after ruining the camera, license plate and home button, they asked me to take it to be fixed and they gave me a service order to sign and I signed it without realizing that it was a disclaimer where the customer assumes the loss of any damage they do to your device. Today the cell phone doesn't even turn on and I had to trigger the procon and the small claims court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Câmera e placa do iPhone 8 Plus danificadas após troca da traseira de vidro. Até trocaram a câmera mas perdeu a qualidade, não tem mais modo retrato e o celular simplesmente não carrega mais devido o dano no ci de carga da placa. E a resposta deles é que meu celular era uma bomba. UM VERDADEIRO DESCASO E DESRESPEITO COM O TRABALHO ALHEIO.
iPhone 8 Plus camera and plate damaged after replacing the glass back. They even changed the camera but it lost the quality, it doesn't have portrait mode anymore and the cell phone simply doesn't charge anymore due to the damage to the charging ci of the card. And their answer is that my cell phone was a bomb. A TRUE DISRESPECT AND DISRESPECT WITH THE WORK OF OTHERS.

Ela tem um termo de responsabilidade embutido que diz em outras palavras que se o reparo danificar seu aparelho a loja não de responsabiliza. E assim fiquei no prejuízo de um iPhone 8 Plus.
DO NOT SIGN THE WORK ORDER!!!
It has a built-in disclaimer that says in other words that if the repair damages your device, the store is not responsible. And so I was at the expense of an iPhone 8 Plus.
