★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço bem executado.... o celular saiu novo em folha... fiquei com um certo receio pois tinha fotos da minha bilola no iphone mas vi no histórico que o celular n foi conectado à nenhuma rede de internet e n tinham alterado as datas das modificações das imagens, recomendo o serviço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu aparelho, precisava trocar o display, me venderam um novo display como tela original da marca (foi cobrado o preço de uma tela original), quando peguei meu aparelho percebi uma enorme diferença na qualidade da tela. Mesmo questionando a qualidade da tela, o responsável disse que era por ser uma tela mais atual (do ano). No dia seguinte entrei em contato com outras lojas da mesma franquia e me informaram que nenhuma loja trabalha com a peça original, que peça original seria na autorizada da marca, que eles só trabalhavam com tela PARECIDA com a original e que algumas funções não teria a mesma qualidade da tela original.. Resumindo, voltei lá no dia seguinte, questionei e quase precisei entrar na justiça porq o responsável estava rebatendo comigo e afirmando que a peça era original, sem ser, porq nem comprovante ele me deu afirmando que a peça era original. Pedi para ele retirar a peça de péssima qualidade que ele me vendeu e colocar a minha quebrada de volta que eu levaria na autorizada para consertar. Quando levei na autorizada o técnico me informou no dia seguinte que o conserto seria 1.500 reais porq além da tela que já estava quebrada, outras peças foram danificadas, não autorizei o serviço e acabei comprando outro aparelho.. fiquei no prejuízo.
I took my device, I needed to change the display, they sold me a new display as the brand's original screen (I was charged the price of an original screen), when I picked up my device I noticed a huge difference in screen quality. Even questioning the quality of the screen, the responsible said it was because it was a more current screen (of the year). The next day I contacted other stores in the same franchise and they informed me that no store works with the original part, which original part would be in the authorized brand, that they only worked with a screen similar to the original and that some functions would not have the same quality as the original canvas. In short, I went back there the next day, I questioned and almost had to go to court because the person in charge was rebutting me and stating that the piece was original, without being, because he didn't even give me proof stating that the piece was original. I asked him to remove the poor quality part he sold me and put my broken one back, which I would take to the authorized repair shop. When I took it to the authorized service, the technician informed me the next day that the repair would be 1,500 reais because in addition to the screen that was already broken, other parts were damaged, I didn't authorize the service and I ended up buying another device... I was at a loss.
