★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa assistência, pode ser bom pra una e não pra outros! Deixei meu celular e me desceram que me daria o diagnóstico em três dias no máximo. Se passaram 5 dias. Então me informaram que precisaria de mais 3 dias. No 4 dia liguei e me disseram quem aguardace mais dias depois diceram que esperavam um peça. Toda semana era pra essa peças chegar. Me deram 7 dias. Esperei uma semana. Aí me informaaram que estava em teste. Concluindo: passaram mais de dois meses com meu aparelho que deixei com defeito na placa. Porém fui aproveita a tela dele agora em outro aparelho, a surpresa! A tela não funciona!!! E logo quando eu peguei na assistência eu questionei que essa tela não tinha um único arranhão quando deixei. Mais quando eu peguei a o celular observei logo que aquela tela não era a minha! Provavelmente me enrolaram todo esse tempo pra poder trocarem minha tela original pra aproveitar em outro de outro cliente. Achando que eu descartaria meu aparelho!
 This assistance can be good for one and not for others! I left my cell phone and they told me they would give me the diagnosis in three days at the most. 5 days have passed. Then they informed me that I would need another 3 days. On the 4th day I called and they told me who is waiting more days later they said they were waiting for a part. Every week these pieces were supposed to arrive. I was given 7 days. I waited a week. Then they informed me that it was in testing. In conclusion: it's been more than two months with my device that I left with a defect on the board. But I went to enjoy his screen now on another device, the surprise! The screen doesn't work!!! And right when I picked it up I questioned that this screen didn't have a single scratch when I left it. But when I picked up the cell phone, I immediately noticed that that screen was not mine! They probably fooled me all this time to be able to change my original canvas to use in another one from another client. Thinking I would discard my device!
