Eles estragaram o meu celular, foi para arrumar a tela q estava quebrada, o celular estava perfeito fora isso, bateria durando, câmera funcionando, paguei na troca de tela 350,00 e me arrependo MUITO! Eles deixaram bolhas na tela nova, a câmera voltou com cola, levamos para eles limparem (reclamaram muitooo para limpar e disseram que não tinham aberto o celular) depois de muito custo limparam a câmera traseira, descascaram a parte de traz do celular em volta da câmera para tirar a cola e também deixaram um pingo de cola no flash sem limpar! Minha bateria está durando super pouco, nem 1h e 30min ela acaba, antes durava o dia todo! Vou comprar outro celular porque esse estragou todoooo! NÃO RECOMENDO!
It was horrible! They ruined my phone, it was to fix the screen when it was broken, the phone was perfect apart from that, battery running, camera working, I paid for the 350.00 screen change and I regret it SO MUCH! They left bubbles on the new screen, the camera came back with glue, we took them to clean (they complained a lot to clean and said they hadn’t opened the phone) after a lot of cost they cleaned the rear camera, peeled the back of the phone around the camera to remove the glue and also left a drop of glue in the flash without cleaning! My battery is super short, not even 1h and 30min it ends, before it lasted all day! I'm going to buy another phone because it ruined everything! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o celular do meu marido para trocar a tela que havia trincado, no dia que ficou pronto voltei lá a tarde pois o celular não estava funcionando ligava e desligava sozinho não consigo atender ligação ele começa a digitar e entrar sozinho em páginas só funciona quando da na telha. Fui a assistência 3 vezes para tentar resolver é eles fossem que está certo e que arrumaram . Acabaram com o celular e até agora um descaso com o cliente. Estou tentando resolver ae até agora nada
I took my husband's cell phone to change the screen that had cracked, on the day it was ready I went back there in the afternoon because the cell was not working turned it on and off alone I can't answer the call it starts typing and entering pages by itself only works when the on the tile. I went to the assistance 3 times to try to resolve it if they were right and they fixed it. They ended up with the cell phone and until now a neglect with the customer. I'm trying to solve the and so far nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ligação me disseram que tinha a peça disponível para o conserto do meu celular,sai de SBO e fui até o local onde lá fui informado que não tinham a peça e nem o fornecedor tinha também,perdi tempo e dinheiro por falta de informações corretas deles
I was told by phone that I had the part available for my cell phone to be fixed, I left SBO and went to the place where I was informed that they did not have the part and neither did the supplier, I lost time and money for lack of correct information about them.
