Ao entrar em contato para solicitar a resolução do problema, o pessoal te trata como um qualquer, com agressividade e querendo impor a sua razão. Experiência horrível. Não indico.
Terrible after-sales! They replaced the battery of my Redmi Note 8 on two occasions, and on both occasions the device did not work properly. When contacting us to request a resolution of the problem, the staff treats you like anyone else, aggressively and wanting to impose your reason. Horrible experience. I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência,fui até o estabelecimento com uma TV de 55 polegadas encontrei a porta fechada e uma funcionária nem sequer teve ao trabalho de levantar da cadeira para abrir a porta.Tive que abrir a porta para conversar com a atendente que me informou que eles não prestam assistência em tv.
Se não fazem este tipo de serviço então mudem o nome da empresa no sistema de busca.
