Somente 7 meses de uso tinha desligado e não ligava mais mesmo tentando reiniciar o celular e fazendo todas as manobras ensinadas na internet ( a esperança é a última que morre) e assim que eu cheguei eles já me tranquilizaram que esse era um " defeito comum" deste aparelho e que na maioria das vezes dá para consertar e garantir uma boa vida útil do telefone.
O atendimento é super rápido e muito eficiente no mesmo dia o defeito e o conserto foi feito.
A equipe é muito bem preparada e fica muito nítido já no atendimento que eles sabem do que estão falando o que passa muita segurança ao cliente.

I took my Poco M3 that with. Only 7 months of use, it had turned off and wouldn't turn on anymore even trying to restart the phone and doing all the maneuvers taught on the internet (hope is the last one that dies) and as soon as I arrived they already reassured me that this was a "common defect" of this device and that most of the time you can repair and guarantee a good life of the phone.
