★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Deixei uma prancha para conserto, quase 30 dias. Como demorou para dar o retorno, fui retirar a prancha. Tive que ouvir ainda, do atendente que uma outra loja do Centro teria a obrigação em consertar a prancha pois eles não são autorizados da marca Arno!!!!Eles não tem noção alguma, afinal a obrigação do conserto é deles e não simplesmente dizer que não tem responsabilidade... Realmente não entendi o comentário. Não percam o tempo. Esqueçam que ainda existem lugares tão ruins de trabalho como este! ????
Poor service. I left a board for repair, almost 30 days. Since it took me a while to make a comeback, I went to remove the board. I had to listen yet, from the attendant that another store in the Center would have the obligation to repair the board because they are not authorized Arno brand !!!! They have no concept whatsoever, after all the obligation of repair is theirs and not simply say that has no responsibility ... I really do not understand the comment. Do not waste time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável esse prestador de serviços. Se não é incompetente usa má-fé. Levei meu microondas para fazer um orçamento porque havia um curto nele. O orçamento foi de R$ 248,00. Achei caro então fui até retirar o aparelho pq não faria sentido arrumar. Perguntei pro técnico qual era o defeito e ele disse que todo sistema de alta tensão tinha pifado . E que teria de tricar tudo...
Isso não é comum. Tenho conhecimento de eletrônica e comprei um multímetro e fui pesquisar a falha e era somente um diodo que custa 9 reais na internet...
