★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço mal feito e inacabado. Não recomendo. Solicitei conserto (no início desse ano) para minha geladeira que não estava resfriando. Após executarem o "serviço" verifiquei que minha geladeira continuava com o mesmo problema. Depois de várias tentativas para resolver o problema com o "técnico" enrolado e tratante, fiquei a ver navios. Sem geladeira e sem devolução do valor pago. Não entregaram na hora a garantia pela troca de peças, falaram que iriam encaminhar para meu e-mail. Desonesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ irresponsáveis, prestaram um atendimento dizendo que o problema da geladeira era o gás, trocaram o gás eu efetuei o pagamento, disseram que com algumas horas ela voltaria a gelar, passou um dia e nada, e mesmo com a garantia de 3 meses nunca mais voltaram a desculpa é que tinha que trocar uma placa que nunca tinha, até pararem de atender, fiquei no prejuízo, chamei outra empresa que verificou que nem tinha que trocar placa, apenas um sensor e a geladeira tinha vazamento de gás, então o gás de colocaram não serviu de nada , nunca vi pessoas tão descomprometidas, nos enganaram e nem aqui voltaram, não tiveram nem o profissionalismo para ser assertivos no problema, vou ter que cobrar os meus direitos na justiça.
