★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não funciona, diversas vezes os atendentes pediram "um instante" e desligaram. Exista uma taxa abusiva para Religue de R$100,00 e o pior não cumprem o prazo de religue. Não indico essa empresa para ninguém!

Poderiam facilitar a vida do cliente na hora do cancelamento
I want to cancel my contract, however it is only possible through landline, or online chat. Being that the chat is an eternity to meet and when it answers the connection falls.
They could make life easier for the customer at the time of cancellation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não tem respeito pelo seu cliente, como prestadora de um serviço essencial como o fornecimento de gás encanado. Agendaram o religamento do gás em meu apartamento para o dia 11/09/20, mas não compareceram. Remarcaram para o dia 14/09/20 e também não compareceram.Irresponsabilidade total.
The company has no respect for its customer, as a provider of an essential service such as the supply of piped gas. They scheduled the gas reclosure in my apartment for 9/11/20, but they didn't show up. They rescheduled for 09/14/20 and also did not show up. Total responsibility.

Daí na brincadeira tive que pagar o valor de R$400.. Veio o técnico efetuar a troca do meu medidor e ainda queria levar o suposto relógio com defeito.. Só que não, né ??
Pq eles reaproveitam o relógio com o suposto defeito. Tive que pagar ?? Então é meu ué !! Simples assim..
