★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde outubro de 2019 aguardando a instalação do gás e várias vezes liguei interubano na empresa e após falar com vários atendentes e recebendo vários protocolos... não obtive ainda os serviços... porém já recebi duas contas com aviso de corte....Como é possivel cortar um serviço que não foi prestado????O atendimento via telefone é péssimo e a empresa não possui valores éticos..... Estou passando o final de ano sem condições de preparar a ceia que programei para meus familiares..... Lamentavel
I have been waiting since October 2019 for the installation of gas and several times I called interubano in the company and after talking with several attendants and receiving various protocols ... I have not yet got the services ... but I have already received two bills with cutoff warning ... How is it possible to cut a service that was not provided ???? The phone service is terrible and the company has no ethical values ..... I am spending the end of the year unable to prepare the supper I scheduled for my family ..... Unfortunate
