Fui fazer exame periódico agendando para 12:20, contudo o exame em si, iniciava-se as 14:30 (início do show)… chegando lá recebi o formulário para exame demissional, questionei e a resposta foi.. liga para a empresa e verifica. Oi? Vc qm recebeu pelo serviço e eu q preciso verificar? Ainda assim fui solicita e apresentei a guia demonstrando q se tratava de exame periódico e não demissional, enfim o assunto só foi resolvido quando EU consegui falar com os responsáveis e os mesmo ligaram para a clínica. Durante a consulta o médico se quer mede pressão, inclusive a cadeira ficava a 3 metros de distância da mesa dele (pandemia!? Entendo), a sala era nojenta é mesmo durante a consulta foi preciso confirmar qual o tipo foi exame, pois a moça do atendimento misturou os formulários. Péssimo lugar! Péssima postura! Péssimo atendimento!
 Terrible attendance! I went for a periodic exam scheduled for 12:20, however the exam itself started at 14:30 (beginning of the show)... when I got there I received the resignation exam form, I asked and the answer was.. call the company and Checks. Hey? Did you receive it for the service and what do I need to check? Even so, I was requested and presented the guide demonstrating that it was a periodic examination and not dismissal, finally the matter was only resolved when I managed to speak with those responsible and they called the clinic. During the consultation, the doctor wants to measure pressure, even the chair was 3 meters away from his table (pandemic!? I understand), the room was disgusting and even during the consultation it was necessary to confirm which type was the exam, because the girl of attendance mixed the forms. Bad place! Bad posture! Terrible attendance!
