É extremamente traumático ter que lidar com a for de cabeça de um carro com o motor ferrado, eles garantem que passou da revisão mas até para liberar laudo é uma enrolação gigante, não dá para confiar.

Fiquei muito triste com essa compra de carro que meu namorado comprou na consolide Motors. Dei um voto de confiança para empresa, que na hora do atendimento para fechar a venda foi excelente. Porém deixou a desejar quando o carro apresentou um problema, não tivemos um suporte o vendedor Rogério quem foi quem vendeu para nós, fiquei decepcionada pois uma loja dessa vender um carro com problema de motor isso é muito sério,
Pois disse que o carro havia sido verificado meu namorado que levou em 4 mecânicas diferentes e mesmo assim todos relataram o mesmo problema no motor, um prejuízo enorme de 20 mil para arrumar.
E no final meu namorado levou para que eles olhassem o problema como havia relatado, mas eles fizerem algo para mudar o barulho do motor quando fomos pegar o carro nem barulho fazia mais, não dá para tampar o sol com a peneira logo apresentou o barulho novamente. E agora estamos com o carro fazendo o maior barulho no motor segundo o laudo da própria Honda Motor está rajando prejuízo acima de 20 mil reais, enfim decepção total!

And in the end my boyfriend took them to look at the problem as he had reported, but they did something to change the noise of the engine when we went to get the car, it didn't even make any more noise, you can't cover the sun with the sieve, it soon made the noise again . And now we have the car making the biggest noise in the engine, according to the report of Honda Motor, it is losing over 20 thousand reais, in short, total disappointment!

Tomem muito cuidado ao ir nessa loja, levem seu mecânico de confiança e teste muito bem o carro pois se você precisar de um pós compra a coisa fica feia!
Os caras fazem um excelente atendimento na hora da compra, fala que o carro é revisado, garante que trabalham com as melhores oficina e só entrega padrão de qualidade top, o Rogério que me atendeu fez de tudo para vender o carro, alegou que o carro era revisado e estava em perfeita condições...
Como eu sou leigo no assunto, fui levar o carro na oficina descobrir que o motor estava rajando e que teria que ser feito, para ter certeza levei em 4 oficinas diferente para o diagnóstico e para minha surpresa as 4 oficinas sendo uma delas dá própria Honda Concessionária deu o mesmo diagnóstico, só para arrumar o motor do carro fica quase R$20.000 um terço do valor do carro.
Falei do problema para Consolide Motors, me taxaram com cara de besta falou que o problema não era esse, que as mecânica que eu fui tinha se equivocado, a única mecânica que estava certo é a deles né, deixei o carro com eles por uma semana e advinha me devolveram o carro sem fazer nada, motor continua a mesma coisa e só estão me enrolando.
FIQUEM ALERTA, ESSAS AVALIAÇÃO QUE ELES TEM É NA VERDADE QUE ELES "FORÇAM" OS CLIENTE AVIALIAR ASSIM QUE SAI NA LOJA, AQUELE ATENDIMENTO EXCELENTE NA HORA DA COMPRA, MAS DEPOIS QUE PRECISA DA GARANTIA ESQUECE.
ENFIM NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA ESSA EMPRESA, FIQUE O ALERTA PARA VOCÊS!

As I'm a layman on the subject, I went to take the car to the workshop to find out that the engine was bursting and that it had to be done, to be sure I took it to 4 different workshops for the diagnosis and to my surprise the 4 workshops, one of which is Honda's own Dealership gave the same diagnosis, just to fix the car's engine is almost R$20,000, one third of the car's value.
I talked about the problem to Consolidate Motors, they called me a silly face, they said that was not the problem, that the mechanics I went to had been wrong, the only mechanics that were right is theirs, right, I left the car with them for a week and guess what, the car was returned to me without doing anything, the engine remains the same and they're just stalling me.
BE AWARE, THESE EVALUATION THEY HAVE IS ACTUALLY THAT THEY "FORCE" THE CUSTOMERS TO AVAILATE AS THEY LEAVE IN THE STORE, THAT EXCELLENT SERVICE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, BUT AFTER YOU NEED THE WARRANTY, YOU FORGET IT.
FINALLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY, STAY ALERT FOR YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um veículo modelo Crossfox na Consolide Motors com o vendedor Rogério em 2020 e o mesmo foi entregue com defeito na abertura do porta-malas e com o pneu do estepe cheio de rachaduras, que na ocasião não percebi porque o estepe veio com uma capa de acrílico na cor do veículo e no momento da compra não me foi mostrado esse defeito no pneu, e só fui reparar nesse defeito praticamente um ano depois já em 2021 quando precisei trocar um pneu furado e reparei que o estepe estava com várias rachaduras na parte externa. Entrei em contato com a empresa e alegam que não está mais na garantia, mas trata-se de um item de segurança e vou entrar com uma ação na justiça contra essa empresa por má-fé e desrespeito ao código de defesa do consumidor. Não recomendo essa empresa nem de graça!!!!

I contacted the company and they claim that it is no longer under warranty, but it is a security item and I will file a lawsuit against this company for bad faith and disrespect for the consumer protection code. I don't recommend this company for free!!!!
