O comércio é formado por pequenos estabelecimentos a maioria informais. O bairro é atendido por uma linha de ônibus insuficiente para atender toda a demanda de passageiros, por isso boa parte usa bicicleta para deslocamentos diários. Também faltam equipamentos de lazer.
The Jacutinga condominium is part of a large group of houses and apartments in the Guapurá neighborhood, in Itanhaém on the south coast of SP. The streets are paved and have public lighting. Commerce is formed by small, mostly informal establishments. The neighborhood is served by an insufficient bus line to meet all passenger demand, so most of them use bicycles for daily commuting. There is also a lack of leisure equipment.
