Excellent service! I was scared when the consultant called me on the face but when I arrived at the office, I saw that they were serious professionals! I cleared my doubts and closed the deal right away! The consultant still looked for the car for me and now it's just to take advantage !! for sure!!

Quando fizemos o pagamento da entrada pagamos o valor inteiro e depois de quase 3 meses falaram q não tinha sido aprovado e q p devolver o valor seria rápido, depois de muita pressão de quase 1 mês devolveram somente uma parte. E a outra parte q falta já marcaram várias datas e nada. Eu tenho todas as conversas desde o início. E se não devolverem o dinheiro vamos procurar nossos direitos. Antes de efetuar o pagamento fomos bem atendidos e depois disso tivemos muita dificuldade de respostas. Os próprio diretores não te atende. E um empurra p outro. E ninguém resolve nada.
I don't recommend, they're stalling p to return our money. When we paid the down payment, we paid the entire amount and after almost 3 months they said that it had not been approved and that the return would be quick, after a lot of pressure of almost 1 month they only returned a part. And the other part that is missing have already set several dates and nothing. I have all the conversations from the beginning. And if they don't return the money, we'll look for our rights. Before making the payment, we were well attended and after that we had a lot of difficulty in getting answers. The directors themselves do not attend you. And one pushes the other. And nobody solves anything.
