★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiência com eles NAO FAÇAM NEGÓCIO COM ESSA EMPRESA DE MANEIRA NENHUMA fui enganada, aguardei 12 anos com ódio dessa empresa para retirar uma parte do que foi paga e agora está uma enrolação para pegar um dinheiro que e meu por lei e ainda exigem que eu escreva carta de próprio punha dizendo o que eles querem que eu diga, que não tenho nenhum problema com a empresa estou com ódio dessa empresa e vou fazer o que for preciso para que todos saibam e não façam negócio com eles
Poor experience with them DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY I WASN'T DONE, I waited 12 years with hatred for this company to withdraw a part of what was paid and now it's a trick to get money that is mine by law and still require me to write your own letter saying what they want me to say, that I have no problem with the company I hate this company and I will do whatever it takes to let everyone know and not do business with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos Negativos, já sou adepto de consorcio a bom tempo é por isso falo com propriedade, a Remaza é uma empresa super burocrática, é normal qualquer consorcio pedir vários documentos após contemplação, até ai tudo bem, mas esta empresa passa do limites, a impressão que dá é que não querem pagar o consorcio, é um grau de preciosismo gigantesco e desnecessário, chega a irritar, minha vontade é de dar apenas uma estrela. Fui até questionamento sobre área do imóvel, alegarão que estava errada, mas quando coloquei em check perceberam que eu tinha razão, imagina se eu entrasse com processo de retificação junto ao cartório sem precisar, ou seja, se quer saberm fazer conta de metragem quadrada.
Posso acrescentar ainda a falta de informação no portal do cliente, para solicitar um simples relatório de parcelas quitadas é um parto, coisa que não encontro em outras empresas do mesmo segmento, inclusive as concorrentes disponibilizam App’s, acorda Remaza, estamos no século 21 e vocês continuam como a 80 anos atrás, sem tecnologia e com alta burocracia.
Vamos aos pontos positivos, após contemplação tive um suporte espetacular pelo Juliano e pela Gabriela, estes dois realmente merecem meus elogios, e é somente por causa deles que estou dando três estrelas.
Fica aqui as minhas criticas e que possa servir de base para fururas melhorias.
Negative Points, I've been a consortium fan for a long time, that's why I speak with authority, Remaza is a super bureaucratic company, it's normal for any consortium to ask for several documents after contemplation, so far so good, but this company goes beyond the limits, the impression what happens is that they don't want to pay the consortium, it's a gigantic and unnecessary degree of preciosity, it gets irritating, my desire is to give only one star. I even asked about the area of the property, they will claim it was wrong, but when I checked it, they realized I was right, imagine if I entered the rectification process with the notary without needing, that is, if they want to know how to calculate square footage.
I can also add the lack of information on the customer's portal, to request a simple report of paid installments is a delivery, something I don't find in other companies in the same segment, including competitors provide App's, wakes Remaza, we are in the 21st century and you continue like 80 years ago, without technology and with high bureaucracy.
Let's get to the positive points, after contemplation I had spectacular support from Juliano and Gabriela, these two really deserve my praise, and it's only because of them that I'm giving three stars.
Here are my criticisms and may serve as a basis for future improvements.
