Good service! however the results are not delivered quickly. I took my son's exams and paid on the card 3 times, and the most important result, nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, única coisa que não gostei foi para estacionar o veículo. Apesar de ter 3 vagas na frente da clínica os carros que estavam estacionado lá pelo menos 2 eram de funcionários. Tive que estacionar no estacionamento de um supermercado próximo para ir a clínica.
Service good, only thing I did not like was to park the vehicle. Despite having 3 vacancies in front of the clinic the cars that were parked there at least 2 were employees. I had to park in the parking lot of a nearby supermarket to go to the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na clínica é ótimo. Mas tem que melhorar MUITO na questão de agendamentos pelo whatsapp, ficam online direto nas demoram horas pra responder, e às vezes nem responde!
The service at the clinic is great. But you have to improve A LOT in the matter of appointments through whatsapp, they are online directly and take hours to answer, and sometimes they don't even answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento da recepcionista PÉSSIMO, marquei uma consulta às 10h, pois pego no trabalho às 11h. Me preparei toda, um dia antes ligaram para confirmar a consulta às 10h e quando chego no dia da consulta a recepcionista que estava falou que o meu horário era às 11h, sendo que como seria às 11h se eu pego no trabalho as 11h? no mínimo colocaram outra pessoa no meu horário. VAMOS REVER AS ATENDENTES, MUITA FALTA DE ORGANIZAÇÃO. SE EU PUDESSE NÃO DARIA NENHUMA ESTRELA.
I found the receptionist's service to be AWESOME, I made an appointment at 10 am, because I got to work at 11 am. I got all ready, the day before they called to confirm the appointment at 10 am and when I arrive on the day of the appointment the receptionist who was talking said that my schedule was at 11 am, and what would it be like at 11 am if I pick up at work at 11 am? at least they put someone else on my schedule. LET'S REVIEW THE ATTENDANTS, MUCH LACK OF ORGANIZATION. IF I COULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei uma falta de respeito com o cliente, fiz uma marcação de ultrasson pelvica com uma semana de antecedencia, pois trabalho e tudo precisa ser combinado, no dia anterior a realização do exame, tentaram modificar o horario as 15:00 pra 13:30 mais ou menos, falei que não podia pois o horario ja estava programado de acordo com meu horario de trabalho, eu não podia remarcar pois dependia de conseguir alguém pra mim cobrir e de mais alguns fatores que é necessario pra realização do exame, simplesmente fui informada que a medica ia atender o ultimo paciente as 13:30 e ia embora que ela nao iria mim esperar pra atender as 15:00 que foi o horario que ela marcou, e nada mais, não indico e não faço mais exame nesta clinica, vou ter que esperar o proximo ciclo e mim programar novamente pra realizar o exame. Infelizmente tenho que dá uma estrela.
