★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra, e como é de péssima qualidade, decidi trocar. Entrei em contato antes confirmando a troca e me confirmaram através do Whatsapp que poderia ir na loja e trocar. Chegando na loja do shopping Itaigara, a funcionária Emanuele simplesmente se recusou a fazer a minha troca, mesmo eu mostrando a confirmação através do whatsapp!!! É incrível o descaso e falta de compromisso com os clientes. Tentei resolver no direct e a resposta que tive foi: "A vendedora pode ter confundido.. Por que você informa que comprou dia 04, mas não informa de qual mês."
Sendo assim, fico no prejuízo porque a vendedora pode ter confundido! Fica aí a experiência para quem pensar em comprar nessa loja.
I made a purchase, and as it is of poor quality, I decided to exchange. I contacted before confirming the exchange and they confirmed through Whatsapp that I could go to the store and exchange. Arriving at the Itaigara mall store, the employee Emanuele simply refused to make my exchange, even though I showed confirmation through whatsapp!!! The neglect and lack of commitment to customers is incredible. I tried to solve it in direct and the answer I got was: "The seller may have confused.. Why do you say you bought it on the 4th, but you don't say which month."
So, I'm at a loss because the seller may have confused! Here's the experience for those who think about buying in this store.
