Poor service doesn't deliver what it promises, I don't recommend it. There are two stores, one on BR116 and one in downtown Messejana. Rude owner treats customers badly.

No dia da compra a vendedora colocou outra porta completamente diferente na nota fiscal, achou ruim a reclamação e não queria entregar a porta correta. Queria pedir uma segunda taxa de entrega para deixar a porta certa. Sem contar que quase não conseguimos um contato por telefone, pois não atendem o mesmo. Não recomendo, só estresse.
Pessimo service. I budgeted for a door to the kitchen. Me venderam uma porta e entregaram outro tipo de porta e mesmo assim Nao trocaram as portas, nao fizeram acordo, nadaaa. só faz o cliente de palhaço. DONO IGNORANTE.

Onde vc compra uma porta Boa ainda vem com defeito e ainda (usada) pq eles lhe dão porta usada sem vc saber aí vc vai tentar trocar e o próprio dono lhe trata com ignorância e ainda não troca á porta.
Não indico a ninguém esse lugar
Sem dizer que eles ainda ficam com a nota da compra e quando vc vai atrás o dono disse que não achou com medo da pessoa ir no Procon.
(Percebi quando já estava no lugar)
Bad place
Where you buy a good door it still comes defective and still (used) because they give you a used door without you knowing it then you will try to change and the owner himself treats you with ignorance and still does not change the door.
