★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendido ao telefone. A Rosa, dona do estabelecimento é uma grossa, não deixa seus funcionários atenderem e fazer o serviço bem feito. Duas vezes me fizeram a entrega errada e a desculpa é que o preço foi passado errado. Pedi argamassa c3, me cobraram a c3 e me mandaram a c2. Reclamei e disse que é porque passou o preço errado e decidram o que era melhor para a minha obra.
I was very poorly answered on the phone. Rosa, the owner of the establishment is a tough guy, she doesn't let her employees answer and do the job well done. Twice they made me the wrong delivery and the excuse is that the price was wrong. I asked for mortar c3, they charged me for c3 and sent me for c2. I complained and said that it was because I passed the wrong price and decided what was best for my work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam portas de madeira como sendo casca de madeira mesmo e no final descobrimos que era de agromerado,casca dela de durapex como fundo de guarda roupa, decepcionada,não querem me estornar o valor,agora terei que comprar portas no ano que vem novamente,fora o preço que venderam , não vale a pena.... Muito triste ser enganada e ainda se fazerem de desentendido
