★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em um edifício R Pontes já há 3 anos, o atendimento durante a compra foi ruim, o primeiro contrato apresentado tinha cláusulas absurdas como a perda de 100% do valor da entrada caso a liberação do financiamento no banco não fosse bem sucedido, sendo que a construtora sequer havia conseguido o Habite-se quando colocou os imóveis do edifício a venda, obriguei a mudar o contrato para poder assinar. O material utilizado na quadra poliesportiva mostrou ser de péssima qualidade, as traves enferrujaram e tiveram de ser trocadas, a tabela de basquete, de plástico se quebrou em pouco tempo, as maçanetas das portas viviam se desmontando, as portas em si, de péssima qualidade, e a acústica entre alguns dos apartamentos é inacreditável, você ouve tudo que os vizinhos falam, mesmo em tom normal de conversa.... enfim, os problemas foram sanados, mas sempre com muita má vontade por parte da construtora.
R Pontes, faz bons prédios, mas peca no atendimento e em detalhes de acabamento.

The material used in the sports court showed to be of poor quality, the beams rusted and had to be changed, the basketball table, plastic broke in a short time, the door knobs were dismantling, the doors themselves, of poor quality , and the acoustics between some of the apartments is unbelievable, you hear everything the neighbors speak, even in a normal conversation tone .... anyway, the problems have been remedied, but always with a lot of bad will on the part of the construction company.
R Bridges, it makes good buildings, but it sins in the attendance and in details of finish.
