★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei este elemento chamado (Everardo) para reformar minha casa, o serviço incluía: Construção de 3 lajes, retelhamento, instalação hidráulica, elétrica, substituição do piso da casa 90 mts, instalação de 2 grades,2 janelas, e um portão, primeira coisa a se observar, ele NÃO é profissional, é um empreiteiro, ou seja, arruma pessoas para fazer o serviço, como paga muito mal, só consegue gente desqualificada, iniciante, nada que eu planejei saiu como esperado, foi um serviço de gambiarra, e ele ainda saiu me devendo dinheiro...o prazo foi 45 dias, e em mais de 2 meses não me entregou a obra, tive que me mudar do jeito que tava, com muita coisa pra fazer, em fim NSO contratem ele, o nome é bonito, mas o serviço não conheço pior.
 I hired this element called (Everardo) to renovate my house, the service included: Construction of 3 slabs, roofing, plumbing, electrical, replacement of the floor of the house 90 mts, installation of 2 railings, 2 windows, and a gate, first thing to be observed, he is NOT a professional, he is a contractor, that is, he gets people to do the job, as he pays very poorly, he only gets unqualified people, beginners, nothing I planned came out as expected, it was a gambiarra service, and he still owed me money...the deadline was 45 days, and in more than 2 months he didn't deliver the work to me, I had to move the way I was, with a lot to do, in the end NSO hire him, the name It's beautiful, but the service I don't know worse.
