★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de preço, tudo que está exposto tem que perguntar o valor para os vendedores. Se quiser saber o preço de 3 pincéis diferentes tem que perguntar cada um, constrangedor.
Lack of price, everything that is exposed has to ask the value of sellers. If you want to know the price of 3 different brushes you have to ask each one, embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um imprevisto com o caixa na minha penúltima visita a este local a alguns meses atrás, na ocasião o dono conversou comigo e foi muito atencioso, hoje voltei pra realizar um orçamento e fui muito bem atendido, tanto que acabei esquecendo o último problema e efetuei a compra!!
I had an unforeseen situation with the cashier on my penultimate visit to this place a few months ago, at the time the owner talked to me and was very attentive, today I came back to make a budget and I was very well attended, so much so that I ended up forgetting the last problem and did it the purchase!!

Estava gostando de comprar na loja , OBS: Fiz quase toda minha reforma comprando na construfort.
Mais acredito que por falta de preparo do vendedor e atenção da loja quase cancelei a compra que fiz no dia 02/12/21. Eu já havia comprado o revestimento para acabamento em outro local com um preço legal e qualidade boa e só faltava a areia pois no outro local só trabalha com acabamentos , expliquei que não poderia receber na parte da manhã pq não tinha ninguém pra carregar , então a moça me liga 09:30 avisando que a entrega já tinha saído , qnd falei pra ela que não podia e queria cancelar ela foi super seca no atendimento, sendo que eu avisei no dia anterior para o vendedor que não tinha como e não podia deixar material parado aqui na frente das garagens e comércios. Enfim fiquei muito chateado com as atitudes e falei que não compraria mais. Achei muita falta de comprometimento com o cliente afinal eu paguei e expliquei a situação.
Unfortunately today 03/12/21 , I had a big problem with the establishment.
I was enjoying shopping at the store, NOTE: I did almost all my renovations shopping at construfort.
But I believe that due to the seller's lack of preparation and the store's attention, I almost canceled the purchase I made on 12/02/21. I had already bought the coating for finishing in another place with a nice price and good quality and only the sand was missing because in the other place it only works with finishes , I explained that I could not receive it in the morning because there was no one to carry , so the girl calls me at 9:30 to let me know that the delivery had already left, when I told her I couldn't and wanted to cancel, she was super dry in the service, and I told the seller the day before that I had no way and could not leave material stopped here in front of garages and shops. Anyway, I was very upset with the attitudes and said I wouldn't buy more. I found a lot of lack of commitment to the customer, after all I paid and explained the situation.
