Na minha nota fiscal de boleto comprei no dia 16 de novembro 2015, essa mercadoria não chegou na minha residência. Sendo que o matérial é cerâmica não o tem do que eu comprei na época. Estou aguardando esclarecimento. Mesmo assim comprei umas cerâmicas tô pagando pesando que vinha o pedido
anterior. Estou aguardando na certeza,é inútil está comunicando sabendo que tem controle de mercadorias e a existência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico para ninguém, comprei uns pisos, paguei e me informaram que tinha três pedras com a ponta quebrada, até ai tudo ok, quando o pedreiro começou a assentar tinha uma caixa de uma cor diferente e um milimetro e meio de diferença, uma experiencia traumática, perdi um dia de pedreiro, porque as coisas estão difíceis. E ainda por cima não vou ter como colocar piso na minha loja, primeiro porque eles não trocam os que o pedreiro já assentou,mesmo limpando e eu não tenho condições de pagar mais 215 pra comprar mais 4 caixas. Quem bem souber passa longe dessa loja.
