Entrega PÉSSIMA, entregadores super mal educados, pedi para deixar dentro de casa os materiais e fui respondido bem grosseiramente, tive que levar sozinho para dentro de casa, sendo que já tinha compromisso e sendo condomínio não podia deixar no meio da área comum. Infelizmente isso acaba desencorajando uma próxima compra e as vezes preferindo pagar mais caro em outro lugar. Espero que melhorem o setor de entrega, pois foi bem frustante.

TERRIBLE delivery, super rude couriers, I asked to leave the materials inside the house and was answered very rudely, I had to take it alone inside the house, since I already had an appointment and being a condominium I couldn't leave it in the middle of the common area. Unfortunately this ends up discouraging a next purchase and sometimes preferring to pay more expensive elsewhere. I hope that the delivery sector will improve, as it was very frustrating.

O proprietário é super gente fina e a turma de atendentes são uns molekes show de Bola...lhe atendem em tudo no que for possível !!! Depois da reforma ficou melhor de visualizar os produtos e escolher o que precisa. Parabéns...continuem nesse caminho !!!
I shop in Materials and building is one of the few places with affordable prices and fast delivery. The owner is super nice people and the attendants are a show of Ball boys...they assist you in everything they can !!! After the renovation, it's better to visualize the products and choose what you need. Congratulations...continue on this path!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito bom, tudo o que quiser para construção é o melhor lugar pois tem tudo. Porém o atendimento é meio bagunçado e acaba confundindo o comprador. Tirando isso muito bom, a localização, tudo em geral, até as pessoas que trabalham lá são educadíssimas só, como eu havia dito, nos confundem pois dão muita informação de uma só vez.
