★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dou 5 estrelas para o senhor que carrega os pisos super simpático e para moço que nos atendeu mas pra gerente nota zero. Vou explicar compramos uns pisos em regua e como estavam fechando conferimos só por cima e ao chegar em casa haviam 8 pisos descascados na lateral e ao ir trocar a gerente olhou pisos e disse que nós que não tivemos cuidado no transporte ou que "pedreiro" havia feito descascado no piso. Obs nos que transportamos e colocamos um a um dentro de casa. Ela trocou os pisos mas vi que no fundo não queria por que jogou a culpa em nós. Até compramos 1 lote a mais do mesmo piso e conferimos um a um lá na hora. Chegamos em casa e todos estão perfeitos, levamos eles da mesna forma no carro. Olha melhor coisa é você ir em um local onde te tratam com simpatia e que sabem conversar. Até filmei mas fica as fotos aí pra que vejam. (Obs a tonalidade das fotos estão diferentespor causa da luminosidade)
 I give 5 stars to the gentleman who carries the floors, super friendly and to the guy who served us, but to the manager, a zero rating. I'll explain we bought some floors and as they were closing we checked only on top and when we got home there were 8 floors peeled on the side and when going to change the manager looked at floors and said that we weren't careful in transport or what "mason" there was done peeled off the floor. Note us that we transport and put one by one inside the house. She changed the floors but I saw that deep down she didn't want to because she blamed us. We even bought 1 more lot of the same floor and checked one by one there on the spot. We got home and everyone is perfect, we take them the same way in the car. Look, the best thing is for you to go to a place where they treat you with kindness and know how to talk. I even filmed it but here are the photos for you to see. (Note the tone of the photos are different because of the brightness)
