Entre o funcionário e o dono da empresa não se comunicarão sobre o cançelamento. Em fim, fiquei com o material porque não me deram outra opção. O material nao foi o que o dono tinha prometido: taboas toda tortas, impróprias para o nosso deck, com 100 por cento de prejuizo para nós. O dono nāo queria nem saber. Péssima experiência.
The worst experience I've ever had with a company. I ordered material for a deck. I canceled the order the same day because it wasn't what we wanted. Between the employee and the owner of the company will not communicate about the cancellation. In the end, I kept the material because I was given no other option. The material was not what the owner had promised: all crooked boards, unsuitable for our deck, with 100 percent damage to us. The owner didn't even want to know. Bad experience.
