★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse pelo atendimento seria 10. Mas quando se trata da gerência ZERO, pessoa despreparada e imoral. Depois de comprar muitos materiais de construção, comprei uma porta, nitidamente veio com um defeito de fábrica, da pra ver na foto que está no plástico. O gerente simplesmente aproveitou que a pessoa que recebeu (em minha casa) assinou o papel sem notar a avaria, daí ele simplesmente negou a troca, alegando que o produto foi recebido sem questionamento. O nome disso é desonestidade, o justo continua sendo justo independente do papel. É assim que se perde um freguês de anos, agora entendi o sentido da placa "sob nova direção".
If it were for the service, it would be 10. But when it comes to ZERO management, a person unprepared and immoral. After buying a lot of construction materials, I bought a door, it clearly came with a factory defect, as you can see in the photo on the plastic. The manager simply took advantage of the fact that the person who received it (at my house) signed the paper without noticing the damage, so he simply denied the exchange, claiming that the product was received without question. The name of this is dishonesty, the just remains fair regardless of the role. That's how a customer of years is lost, now I understand the meaning of the sign "under new direction".

Sou cliente a anos e nunca tive problema , na último dia 23 fiz uma compra na qual sobrou um saco de cimento ,fui até loja na intenção de trocar por outro material,o gerenre com total má vontade e péssimo atendimento em solucionar o problema alega não poder receber o produto "porque fica ruim pra empresa" . Perderam um cliente !
