Esta empresa é desonesta, esconde que ao comprar um imóvel terá que pagar algumas taxas e caso você peça o cancelamento do contrato por descordar desta omissão, ficam com TODO o valor pago na entrada. Agora vou ter a dor de cabeça de entrar na justiça. Se alguém estiver em dúvida se deve fechar um negócio e quiser detalhes da minha experiência com essa empresa pode me chamar no privado.

This company is dishonest, hides that when buying a property you will have to pay some fees and if you ask for the cancellation of the contract for disagreeing with this omission, they get ALL the amount paid at the entrance. Now I'm going to have the headache of going to court. If anyone is in doubt as to whether to close a deal and want details of my experience with that company, you can call me privately.

I thought about buying an apartment in one of the construction companies' developments, but after several negative reports and observations of non-delivery within the stipulated deadline, I gave up. I recommend doing a lot of research before investing in something from Celina.
