★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dos atendentes da "Abba imóveis" excelente, mais não posso deixar de dizer minha indignação quanto a falta de compromisso por parte da construtora Cromos em relação a entrega dos primeiros blocos que foram prometidos mediante a assinatura de contrato, sem falar que estão sempre alterando datas de possíveis entregas.
Excellent service from the "Abba Imóveis" attendants, but I can't help saying my indignation about the lack of commitment on the part of the construction company Cromos regarding the delivery of the first blocks that were promised by signing the contract, not to mention that they are always changing possible delivery dates.

Nós sofremos até hoje com a falta de respeito, profissionalismo dessa empresa de merda.Louco é quem compra com ela.Obra cheia de rachaduras, trincas, infiltração, banheiros com problemas, isolamento de som não existe. Enfim LIXO.Não atendem o telefone, não respondem e-mail. São mentirosos
Under no circumstances should you buy with this builder. Because this is not a builder it is a GARBAGE. We suffer until today with the lack of respect, professionalism of that shitty company. Little is the one who buys with it. Full of cracks, cracks, seepage, bathrooms with problems, sound insulation does not exist. At last GARBAGE. Do not answer the phone, do not respond to email. Envio e-mail e não obtenho retorno, telefone nunca chama. Foi realizado a mais de 2 meses uma visita em minha residencia para avaliar porém não retornaram para a limpeza. Retorno péssimo!!!!
I have been waiting for almost a semester for maintenance to clean my window, which after an intervention left paint splashes. I send e-mail and I don't get a return, the phone never calls. A visit to my residence was made more than 2 months ago to evaluate but they did not return for cleaning. Lousy return !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, lixo comprei uma coisa me entregaram outra, pior ainda foi q o meu apartamento foi completamente alagado pela chuva a cromos ficou de fazer os reparos isso já tem 5 meses e nada fora q o serviço deles são de péssima qualidade não atende os telefonemas e nem aos e meus e-mails.
Unfortunately, I bought one garbage, they gave me another, worse still was that my apartment was completely flooded by the rain and the stickers were repaired. This is already 5 months and nothing out of which their service is of poor quality does not answer the phone calls or the and my e-mails.
