★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É péssimo fazer negócio com essa imobiliária! Vou elencar os principais motivos pelos quais tive uma péssima experiência com eles e não recomendo a ninguém:
1. São super desorganizados
2. Não entregam o caução corrigido pela inflação
3. Fazem com que o inquilino pague pelo erro deles (na entrega do meu caução, além de não terem corrigido o valor pela inflação, fizeram uma cobrança de um valor para cobrir o erro deles de não terem corrigido o valor do meu aluguel ao longo dos anos em que morei lá)
4. A vistoria realizada por eles não possui nenhuma foto e é muito mal feita
5. Não cumprem com os horários marcados para reunião
6. Se você fizer os ajustes no apartamento por conta própria quando for devolvê-lo, vão lhe cobrar uma qualidade do serviço além do que eles lhe entregaram e além do que eles fariam se você os tivesse pagado para fazer esse serviço
7. As coisas não são bem documentadas, ficando a cargo deles definirem o quanto vão te cobrar se acharem que os ajustes que você fez no apartamento para entregá-los não está suficiente. No caso do apartamento que aluguei, eles tratam esses valores direto com o dono do apartamento e você não tem a oportunidade de negociar nem questionar o valor cobrado.
Enfim, é bem complicado lidar com essa imobiliária e não recomendo a ninguém!
 It's bad to do business with this real estate! I will list the main reasons why I had a bad experience with them and I don't recommend it to anyone:
1. They are super disorganized
2. Do not deliver inflation-corrected bond
3. Make the tenant pay for their mistake (in the delivery of my security, in addition to not correcting the amount by inflation, they charged a fee to cover their mistake of not correcting the value of my rent over from the years I lived there)
4. Their survey has no photos and is very poorly made.
5. Do not meet scheduled meeting times
6. If you make adjustments to the apartment on your own when you return it, you will be charged a quality of service beyond what they gave you and beyond what they would have done if you had paid them to do this service.
7. Things are not well documented, so it is up to them to determine how much they will charge you if they think the adjustments you have made to the apartment to deliver them is not enough. In the case of the apartment I rented, they treat these values directly with the owner of the apartment and you have no opportunity to negotiate or question the amount charged.
Anyway, it is very complicated dealing with this real estate and do not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com o setor de vistoria. Foi detectado em menos de uma semana vazamento no banheiro e o retorno é ignorar mensagens e ligações. Estou sem suporte e é evidente que a problemática é estrutural não causada por mim! NÃO FECHEM CONTRATO COM ESSA CONSTRUTORA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa desorganizada. Apartamento cheio de vazamentos. Demoram consertar. Estou sem banheiro há 15 dias pq teve vazamento, problema estrutural do predio, e até o momento ninguém.veio solucionar, marcam e não aparecem. Serviço de.pwssima.qualidade. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Disorganized company. Apartment full of leaks. They take time to fix. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima relação com os condôminos. Não se importam com a qualidade dos prédios. São arrogantes e ausentes de sua responsabilidade com o condomínio. Não aluguem e nem comprem nada dessa construtora, só pensam em ganhar dinheiro e não investir absolutamente nada para a melhoria dos prédios. Péssima experiência estamos tendo.
Bad relationship with the tenants. They don't care about the quality of the buildings. They are arrogant and absent from their responsibility with the condominium. Do not rent or buy anything from this construction company, just think about making money and not investing absolutely anything to improve the buildings. We are having a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa construtora é péssima. Nao aluguem apartamentos dessa construtora, pois se tiver que fazer alguma reclamação não há um adm e quando tem, os mesmos não aguentam ficar por muito tempo. Não fazem manutenção nos elevadores. Por várias vezes tiveram inquilinos que ficaram presos no elevador, contando apenas com a ajuda dos moradores. Muita sujeira no estacionamento e o hall dos andares ficam dias sem limpeza. Sem contar que quando 1 elevador para de funcionar, o zelador desce o lixo no que está funcionando, deixando mal cheiro.
This construction company is terrible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aluguem nada com essa construtora. Eles agem de má fé, fazem os condôminos de otários. A limpeza é péssima, deixa muito a desejar. Não há câmeras de seguranças ou regras. Os condôminos fazem o que querem uns com os outros. Os elevadores vivem quebrados. Vive faltando água, por problemas no encanamento. É um estresse atras do outro. Não têm síndico ou administrador pra que reclamemos ou solicitemos algo. Não aluguem nenhum apartamento que leve o nome Cardoso Linhares.
Do not rent anything from this builder. They act in bad faith, make the tenants suckers. Cleaning is terrible, leaves a lot to be desired. There are no security cameras or rules. Residents do what they want with each other. Elevators are broken. There is a lack of water due to plumbing problems. It's one stress after another. They don't have a síndico or administrator for us to complain or request something. Do not rent any apartment that bears the name Cardoso Linhares.
