★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem com o que promete! Comprei um ape no Bela Cintra Prime com garden em que botaram as caixas de gordura e esgoto (bueiros) dentro da minha área, estão entregando os imóveis sem poder sequer ligar água (por problemas da construtora com a concessionária). Absurdo!

O acabamento interno dos imóveis é bom, mas poderiam melhorar no acabamento externo dos prédios - pintura. Usam as mesmas tintas em todos os empreendimentos e a qualidade delas é um pouco abaixo do que as outras construtoras entregam, principalmente a Canopus, que capricha na pintura externa. Todavia, a área de lazer dos empreendimentos é sempre completa, um diferencial em relação à concorrência, chegando a ter academia em empreendimentos MCMV.
