Cuidado ao assinar o contrato de compra e venda eles colocam que o apartamento esta entregue no aceite de obra e não no habite -se, com isso não pode ser financiado pela caixa econômica Federal, por exemplo. Comprei um imóvel e o mesmo está com vários problemas de infiltração, mal acabado e com uma série defeitos nas áreas comuns e privada, e a construtora se nega a repara-los.
