Essa foi a minha avaliação inicial, porém após algum tempo com o apartamento estou tendo problemas com o edifício, o apartamento está tendo diversos problemas de construção, onde envolveram problemas elétricos e de acabamento, acesso de passagem de cabos para o apartamento inadequado, o apartamento esquenta muito acredito que a forma com que foi feito a estrutura do teto não foi apropriada, até respondem quando questionados, porém dificilmente estão solucionando os problemas. Caso aja melhora, trarei as atualizações.
