Porém ao depositar o dinheiro restante, a empresa não cumpriu com a promessa de arrumar os itens combinados. Estão me dando canseira na resolução disso. Entro em contato e cada hora um desculpa, ficam adiando.
Acho que se eu não tivesse pago o valor inteiro eles teriam terminado o serviço.
Espero uma resolução.
We bought a house with this builder, paid almost everything and they got to pack some things. But by depositing the remaining money, the company did not deliver on the promise of packing the items together. You're giving me a hard time resolving this. I come in contact and every hour an excuse, they put off.
I think if I had not paid the full amount they would have finished the service.
I expect a resolution.
