★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou na mesma situação, quanto ao alba garden. Pedi distrato, sugeriram devolver o valor em 6 parcelas, não aceitei e fiz uma contraproposta, eles não aceitaram. Passaram alguns dias e o valor proposto ficou defasado, pedi um novo cálculo. Mais de 15 dias depois e não recebi nenhuma resposta. Total descaso com o cliente. De certa forma, ainda bem que não deu certo, pois ao ler que alguém não recebeu o acordado é melhor ir para a justiça.

A few days passed and the proposed value was out of date, I asked for a new calculation. More than 15 days later and I received no response. Total neglect with the customer. In a way, it is a good thing that it did not work, because when reading that someone did not receive the agreement it is better to go to justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpre prazo de entrega do Residencial Alba Garden. Atrasado mais de 1 ano. Fizemos o distrato e mais uma vez não cumpriram com o prometido para devolução do valor! Não conseguimos reaver nem a primeira parcela que estava prevista para o dia 20 de abril de 2017 e alegam que existem outras pessoas na mesma situação que não somos os únicos.
O total que pagamos foi mais de 20 mil reais e até então eles não devolveram nada!!!
Ligo todos os dias e eles sempre informam que na terça irão depositar e nunca depositam. INSATISFAÇÃO PLENA, FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR
