A sabesp esta sentando em cima da avaliação e nunca avalia, a construtora não correm a trás.
ficamos pagando taxa de construção de +-R$550 de uma obra que já deveria ter sido entregue.
Não recomento essa construtora - Muito demorada.
Meu irmão comprou uma casa quase na mesma data (em outra construtora) e ele recebeu a casa bem antes e já esta morando nela.

Sabesp is sitting on top of the evaluation and never evaluates, the construction company does not run behind.
we were paying a construction fee of +-R$550 for a work that should have already been delivered.
I do not recommend this builder - Very time consuming.
My brother bought a house on almost the same date (from another builder) and he received the house well before and is already living in it.
