Não enviaram carnê, nem boletos para pagamento para meu endereço ou por e-mail. A questão é que depois querem cobrar juros. Tive que pedir para meu cunhado que mora em Itapetininga (eu não moro lá), ir até a construtora ver o que está acontecendo. Total descaso com o cliente.
I've been trying to contact for months and no one answers the phone, they don't answer WhatsApp or email. I cannot get in contact through any communication channel. They did not send booklets or payment slips to my address or by e-mail. The point is that afterwards they want to charge interest. I had to ask my brother-in-law who lives in Itapetininga (I don't live there), go to the construction company to see what is happening. Total neglect with the customer.
