★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem desta construtora. É uma verdadeira fabrica de mentiras. Não existe pós venda. Não cumprem prazos e para receber o dinheiro de volta só com muita luta na justiça.
 Do not buy from this construction company. It's a real factory of lies. There is no after sales. They do not meet deadlines and to get the money back only with a lot of fighting in court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um imóvel pronto em setembro de 2020, enrolaram demais para entregar a documentação pra caixa, assinei com a caixa em janeiro de 2021 e até hoje (Julho/2021) a Manara não entregou a documentação necessária no cartório. Cuidado com quem está buscando um lugar pra morar.
I bought a finished property in September 2020, they were too slow to deliver the documentation to the box, I signed with the box in January 2021 and to date (July/2021) Manara has not delivered the necessary documentation to the registry. Beware of those looking for a place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse daria zero estrelas. Se escutarem esse nome fujam!!! É cilada...na hora de vender são otimos, na hora de cumprir prazos e conversar desaparecem. Só respondem diante do juiz. Nem o Procon funciona com eles.
If I could, I would give zero stars. If you hear that name run away!!! It's a trap... when it comes to selling they are great, when it comes to meeting deadlines and talking, they disappear. They only answer before the judge. Not even Procon works with them.

Horrible, terrible, a real drug construction company, DON'T BUY FROM THIS PSEUDO COMPANY, DON'T DELIVER THE APARTMENT AND DON'T ATTEND TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I TAKEN A GIANT LOSS WITH THE INSPIRARE ENTERPRISE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O exaustor nunca havia funcionado. Abri chamado técnico. O profissional da construtora retirou para avaliação. Após 5 dias, depois de muita insistência, nos retornaram alegando que o item tinha 1 ano de garantia.
Detalhe1, eu havia comprado o imóvel há 4 meses do banco que financiou a obra.
Detalhe 2, estou a 3 semanas insistindo para que me devolvam o item retirado peelo técnico e até agora nenhum retorno.
Quase todos do condomínio tem ou tiveram problemas com a construtora. Péssimo pós venda. Pensem bem antes de comprar imóvel dessa empresa, pois a dor de cabeça é certa ????
The exhaust had never worked. I opened technical call. The construction company's professional removed it for evaluation. After 5 days, after much insistence, they returned to us claiming that the item had a 1 year warranty.
Detail1, I had bought the property 4 months ago from the bank that financed the work.
Detail 2, I have been insisting for 3 weeks to return the item removed from the technical peel and so far no return.
Almost everyone in the condominium has or had problems with the construction company. Terrible after sale. Think carefully before buying property from this company, because the headache is certain ????

Comprei um apartamento no inspirare e não recebi até hoje, tentei reaver meu dinheiro e fui ignorado e tratado como lixo, estou brigando na justiça faz 4 anos e só prejuízo. NÃO COMPREM NADA DESTA EMPRESA!!!!
Terrible company, does not respect the consumer, only thinks about profit and deceive people with promises that are never fulfilled. I bought an apartment on Inspire and I didn't receive it until today, I tried to get my money back and I was ignored and treated like trash, I've been fighting in court for 4 years and only loss. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
