★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possuem um bom acabamento (só que sempre o mesmo modelo de azulejo na cozinha), mas pecam na espessura das lajes, o que faz com que se escutem muito barulho vindo de outras unidades.
They have a good finish (but always the same tile model in the kitchen), but they lack the thickness of the slabs, which makes you hear a lot of noise coming from other units.

Toda vez que um apartamento superior utiliza a máquina de lavar roupa, tem retorno de água c sabão dentro da minha unidade.
Chego em casa e o apartamento está todo alagado c sabão.
Simplesmente um sufoco.
Apenas um desabafo.
I am living in the residential lawn of the MFP company, the apartment has a constructive vice.
Every time a superior apartment uses the washing machine, there is a return of soap and water inside my unit.
I get home and the apartment is all flooded with soap.
Simply suffocation.
Just getting it off my chest.
