★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou sindico de empreendimento da construtora novo lar em Santa Cruz, não recomendo a ninguém, caso tenham algum problema construtivo ou solicitação pós venda sofrerão com o atendimento da CONSTRUTORA NOVO LAR NÃO RECOMENDADA.
Serviço de interfone simplesmente não funciona mais, pouco tempo após a implementação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro três anos em um apartamento com atendimento da novo lar e algumas coisas precisam de reforma, e a construtora diz que já acabou omprazo de validade sendo q no contrato vem dizendo que e de 5 anos.
Não resolvem o nosso problema é diz q certos reparos tem q ser feito pelo proprietário com gastos do próprio bolso.
O teto da minha cozinha está caindo apoa eles mesmo ter mexido e agora se negam a vim na minha casa querer concertar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente um imóvel dos sonhos virou uma frustração enorme, quando fui ao apartamento fizemos um tratado de valor e foi o mesmo que está no contrato, sendo que hoje quando fui pagar o boleto tinham boletos com valores absurdos bem diferentes do que foi tratado. O trato era: entrada de $52.000(já paga), em dezembro 14.000 e em janeiro 56.000 e depois somente em junho entraria pro financiamento de $91.000, perguntei várias vezes antes de assinar o contrato se era realmente aquilo e e estavam dando toda uma atenção e falando que sim e td mais. Depois q dei a entrada simplesmente mais NINGUÉM pra ajudar, e os valores estão com uma diferença de mais de $10.000 e simplesmente não respondem e-mail, não sabem explicar pelo telefone é muito menos o corretor. É frustrante vc juntar o dinheiro, se programar pra depois o valor simplesmente aumentar dessa forma, sendo que no contrato e o trato não foi nesse valor. Se não for
Resolvido até dia 20/12 que é quando vence o boleto, irei à justiça!!!! NAO VOU PAGAR mais q o trato e o que está no contrato!!!!!!! Não comprem lá pois só dor de cabeça

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal, sempre quando for assinar contrato, mesmo tendo corretor por perto, sempre tirem dúvidas, não hesitem de perguntar, pois em muitos casos infelizmente alguns corretores passam informações erradas para induzir o cliente a assinar, e tempos depois acabam aparecendo coisas que não foram acordadas!
Tirando isso, tenho que concordar que os empreendimentos da Novolar são excelentes, muitos clientes satisfeitos, Novolar como sempre surpreende com seu profissionalismo e compromisso.
Guys, whenever you sign a contract, even if you have a broker around, always ask questions, don't hesitate to ask, because in many cases, unfortunately, some brokers pass on wrong information to induce the client to sign, and later on, things that were not agreed upon appear. !
Apart from that, I have to agree that Novolar's projects are excellent, many satisfied customers, Novolar, as always, surprises with its professionalism and commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito cuidado. Não assine nada sem antes levar a um advogado e confrontar as informações de pagamento passadas pelo corretor(a) e o que consta de fato no contrato da construtora. Apenas isso tenho a comentar. Não se sinta pressionado a assinar com discursos que a unidade será vendida. Espero ter ajudado a você nessa situação. Pesquise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um apartamento na planta pois não nos deixaram entrar no decorado que já havia sido vendido. Porém no ato da vistoria o apartamento que queriam me entregar não é o mesmo que comprei, ele é menor na metragem da sala e do garden e simplesmente ninguém respondeu às minhas várias solicitações.
O caso se agrava mais ainda por ser um apartamento para cadeirante cuja metragem não obedece a lei do portador de necessidades especiais. Eu soube que demitiram o vendedor da Novolar que me atendeu mas a construtora sequer me liga, sequer marca uma reunião, sequer retorna meus emails.
NOVOLAR/ PATRIMAR NUNCA MAIS!
I purchased an apartment on the ground floor because we were not allowed to enter the decorated room that had already been sold.
