★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 30 de setembro de 2020 fechei um contrato com a GRUPO KAMAL, CONSTRUTORA ODP , do qual o Sr. Orestes Dias é o responsável e fez todo contato para a construção de uma piscina, com hidro e sauna. Fizemos um contrato firmado em cartório, com sinal mais 8 parcelas divididas em etapas. Pois bem, marcado o início da obra para dia05/10/2020. Já nesta primeira semana nãoapareceu para trabalhar, e iniciou a obra na data 12/10/2020.
Durante o decorrer da obra, começamos a reparar alguns problemas do qual fomos reportando para o Sr Dias, para que fosse solucionado.No contrato, informava que os funcionários dele seriam cadastrados, o que se dá a entender, registrados na empresa dele, do qual NENHUM deles estavam cadastrados, solicitei várias vezes a cópiado cadastro destes funcionários e nunca vi. Alguns dias, não vinha ninguém para trabalhar, e ao entrar em contato com o Sr. Dias, ele alegava que estava doente, que teve um problema pessoal, não atendia o telefone, ou não respondia whatsapp.Neste contrato, tinha um prazo de 55 dias úteis para finalizar, já calculando os dias que poderiam ter chuvas, faltas, etc ... ( mas tiveram vários dias de sol que não vieram trabalhar. )O tempo foi passando, e os problemas aumentando, alguns deles podendo trazer inclusive risco de segurança para nossa família,como por exemplo: Estava misturando ÁGUA em um impermeabilizante,do qual, não cumpriria a função, vazava agua, e poderia afundar a piscina conforme fosse encharcando o solo.informou que enviaria um bombeiro hidráulico para fazer a parte hidráulica da piscina, hidro e sauna e não enviou, quem fez foi o próprio pedreiro, que levanta paredes tortas.
Para mais um relato: Tivemos uma pedra que surgiu no meio da obra e combinamos de dividir o valor entre as duas partes para não ficar injusto com ninguém. Na hora de pagar o serviço, ele combinou que a gente pagaria e que ele colocaria uma bomba de maior potência para compensar esse nosso valor. Claro, nunca nem vimos a bomba, o filtro, a máquina de sauna.
Em várias etapas, ele pulava serviços, como isso é rápido, a gente faz amanhã sem falta" , para dar a etapa como concluída e receber aquela etapa. Sem contar que: para receber o celular dele funcionava que era uma beleza!
Esta parte Hidráulica,da sauna, ele não colocou um componente da hidromassagem, tivemos que pagar um profissional por fora para fazer este serviço.
Por fim, no dia 22 de janeiro de 2021, enviou um whatsapp informando que houve um falecimento familiar e semana seguinte entraria em contato e nunca mais apareceu, o que configurou um abandono de obra/contrato.
Isso é um breve relato de tudo que aconteceu. Olhando as redes sociais dele, podem perceber o quanto tem gente insatisfeita com o (des)serviço dele.
 On September 30, 2020 I signed a contract with GRUPO KAMAL, CONSTRUTORA ODP, of which Mr. Orestes Dias is responsible and made all contact for the construction of a swimming pool, with hydro and sauna. We signed a contract at the notary's office, with a down payment plus 8 installments divided into stages. Well, the start of the work is scheduled for 10/05/2020. In this first week, he did not show up for work, and began work on 10/12/2020.
During the course of the work, we started to repair some problems that we were reporting to Mr Dias, so that it could be solved. In the contract, he informed that his employees would be registered, which is to be understood, registered in his company, of which NONE of them were registered, I asked several times to copy the registration of these employees and never saw it. Some days, no one came to work, and when contacting Mr. Dias, he claimed that he was sick, that he had a personal problem, did not answer the phone, or did not answer whatsapp. In this contract, there was a deadline of 55 working days to finish, already calculating the days that could have rain, absences, etc ... (but there were several sunny days that did not come to work. ) Time passed, and problems increased, some of which could even bring risk of safety for our family, such as: I was mixing WATER in a waterproofing agent, which would not fulfill its function, it leaked water, and could sink the pool as it soaked the ground. swimming pool, hydro and sauna and did not send it, who did it was the mason himself, who raises crooked walls.
For another account: We had a stone that appeared in the middle of the work and we agreed to divide the value between the two parts so as not to be unfair to anyone. When paying for the service, he agreed that we would pay and that he would put in a pump with greater power to offset our value. Of course, we never even saw the pump, the filter, the sauna machine.
In several stages, he skipped services, as this is fast, we do it tomorrow without fail", to give the stage as completed and receive that stage. Not to mention: to receive his cell phone it worked, which was a beauty!
In this Hydraulic part, of the sauna, he didn't put a component of the hydromassage, we had to pay a professional to do this service.
Finally, on January 22, 2021, he sent a whatsapp informing him that there was a family death and the following week he would get in touch and he never appeared again, which represented an abandonment of the work/contract.
