Vergonha! Patifaria! - Responderam de modo a achar que todos são idiotas, pois mentem! Reclamo de barulho fora das regras, de noite e fins de semana e feriado e respondem algo que não tem relação com a queixa, então se acham expertos, mas só demonstra desfaçatez, ou cara de pau mesmo! - Atualização:- dia 16/10, sábado - 18;36 e tem barulho na obra Ed. Vancouver Rua Antonio Perez Hernandes que tenho vídeo e som, então um vez desrespeitosos, sempre serão e cag am e andam para leis e não respeitam nada; atitude de empresa que não merece respeito. Vergonha!

O dia inteiro é um alarme que fica tocando sem interrupção e o barulho já começa as 6 da manhã, além de ter sempre um "abençoado" que fica GRITANDO diariamente "VAI CORINTHIANS!!!!". Para quem quiser trabalhar/estudar em casa, boa sorte, vai precisar de um bom fone de ouvido.
Impossible to have peace with this construction company next door. The whole day is an alarm that is ringing without interruption and the noise starts at 6 in the morning, in addition to always having a "blessed" who is SCREAMING daily "GO CORINTHIANS!!!!". For those who want to work/study at home, good luck, you will need a good headset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corretor J.C... péssimo atendimento, não deu opções, não explicou como funciona os imóveis da empresa, questão de valores e opções, não me deu retorno quando eu passei pra ele o valor que estava procurando para investir (nem pra falar que não tinha, precisei perguntar "não tem? Aguardo retorno" aí ele disse que não e me mandou um jóia !!! ). Não falou mais nada, nem valor mínimo, nem o que teria disponível num valor que eu pudesse pagar além do meu consórcio, desfazendo legal só por conta de que já fechei um consórcio para investir, e já tenho uma carta com valor definido.
Um bom corretor pergunta quais são os objetivos do comprador mas também da opções além porque as vezes o comprador só está observando como é o atendimento, justamente para corretores como este, não julgarem pela "aparência/interesse".

Broker JC.. poor service, did not give options, did not explain how the company's real estate works, issue of values and options, did not give me a return when I gave him the amount I was looking for to invest (not even to say that I did not have it, I had to ask "isn't there? I'm waiting for a return" then he said no and sent me a piece of jewelry !!!). He didn't say anything else, nor a minimum amount, nor what would be available in an amount that I could pay in addition to my consortium, undoing it legal just because I've already closed a consortium to invest, and I already have a letter with a defined value.
A good broker asks what the buyer's goals are, but also asks about the options beyond because sometimes the buyer is just observing how the service is, precisely for brokers like this one, not judging by "appearance/interest".
#Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São 20h45 e ainda estão com caminhão barulhento na obra aqui do lado do prédio onde moro, e não é a primeira vez que acontece. Inclusive nos fins de semana também não temos descanso. em um deles, deixaram um cachorro sozinho na obra num domingo de manhã, o coitado latiu a manhã toda! Uma falta de respeito com os moradores, temos idosos, pessoas doentes e crianças no prédio sendo incomodados, simplesmente não estão nem aí!
Edit.: Ontem, dia 09/12/2021, a obra foi até meia noite e meia com caminhão barulhento, me desculpe, mas isso não é normal em uma obra. É uma falta de respeito! Vocês não respeitam as famílias que moram ao lado, infelizmente o dinheiro fala mais alto.
It's 8:45 pm and there's still a noisy truck at the construction site next to the building where I live, and it's not the first time this has happened. Even on weekends, we don't have rest either. in one of them, they left a dog alone at the construction site on a Sunday morning, the poor man barked all morning! A lack of respect for the residents, we have elderly people, sick people and children in the building being bothered, they just don't care!
Edit.: Yesterday, 12/09/2021, the work lasted until midnight with a noisy truck, I'm sorry, but this is not normal in a work. It's a lack of respect! You don't respect the families that live next door, unfortunately money speaks louder.
