â â â â â Comprei 2 apartamentos no Plaza Royale com essa empresa em 2010, foram mais de 8 anos de atraso antes de conseguir recebĂȘ-los. A mal fĂ© da construtora Ă© permanente. A construtora nega a responsabilidade dela sobre todos os assuntos (acabamento, vazamento, fachada...).
Tive que entrar na justiça para ser entregue.
FUGIR DESSA EMPRESA !!
 I bought 2 apartments at Plaza Royale with this company in 2010, it was more than 8 years late before I managed to receive them. The construction company's bad faith is permanent. The construction company denies her responsibility for all matters (finishing, leaking, facade...).
I had to go to court to be delivered.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
