★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no Jardins Goiânia bloco 1, péssimo acabamento com relação ao bloco 2! Compramos na planta e contrato dizia "espaço fitness". Quando o condomínio ficou pronto o tal espaço fitness é composto pelos mesmos aparelhos existentes nas praças de BH! Ridículo!
 I live in Jardins Goiânia block 1, bad finish compared to block 2! We bought at the plant and contract said "fitness space". When the condominium was ready the fitness space is composed of the same equipment existing in the squares of BH! Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não atendem aos chamados do condomínio. E quando atendem, fazem pouco caso. Temos problemas recorrentes no prédio, pois a construtora utilizou material de baixa qualidade. Não recomendo pra ninguém.
Horrible, do not answer calls from the condo. And when they answer, they ignore it. We have recurring problems in the building, as the construction company used low quality material. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Não comprem sem antes olhar tudo! Estamos há mais de dois anos e ainda achando defeitos nos apartamentos. Não indico a ninguém.
It's an excellent company to sell. After sales leave a lot to be desired. Lots of internal and external problems...
Don't buy without looking at everything first! We have been for more than two years and still finding faults in the apartments. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apartamento da construtora PRISBEL e a experiência foi terrível. A única parte boa foi a venda, porém quando entrou o pós vendas foi lamentável. Tratava-se do meu primeiro imóvel, e essa conquista foi um sonho, imagino que seja para qualquer pessoa. Mas a construtora quebrou todas as expectativas, fazendo com que aquilo se torna-se a minha pior conquista. Infelizmente não posso recomendar essa empresa.
I bought an apartment from the construction company PRISBEL and the experience was terrible. The only good part was the sale, but when the after sales came in it was unfortunate. It was my first property, and this achievement was a dream, I imagine it is for anyone. But the construction company broke all expectations, making it my worst achievement. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.
